What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is when anxious or nervous feelings won’t go away. These persistent anxious feelings can grow in intensity and cause you to experience a rapid heart rate, heavy breathing, excessive sweating and fatigue.

The mental health disorder of anxiety is marked by an interruption — of your normal life — due to the symptoms of anxiousness. Anxiety sufferers may worry excessively and feel extreme fear over everyday situations.

 

SYMPTOMS OF ANXIETY
